Zoey can’t wait to spend the summer at Pebble Beach with her dog Skippy and her cousins Sam and Morgan. But something is wrong this summer! 

A mysterious rumble in the water is harming the turtles, and there are boxes marked ‘danger’ in the secret cave. The kids rush to figure out what’s really going on this summer, and who is behind the sinister sound at Pebble Beach.

Zoey’s summer at Pebble Beach is full of surprises. Some are good, like her quirky cousin Sam and the adventures they have together. Some are bad, like someone dumping trash into the Bay—a lot of trash!

On top of that, Zoey’s dog Skippy goes missing at the Village marina. Can a mysterious new kid help Zoey and Sam find Skippy? Who is trashing their beloved Bay? Will they catch the criminals in the act and still get away safely?

There is something spooky about the Back Bay Lighthouse: the mysterious basement, a history of accidents, and reports of someone sneaking in at night. Some say the lighthouse is haunted by the ghosts of sailers.

Now the blueprints for the Back Bay Lighthouse have been stolen, and Zoey and Sam are determined to figure out why. They search old records and ask around town, but the secret may be hidden in the lighthouse itself!
